Default Question about OBD0-1 conversion in EDM car.

I´m about to swap a 94-95 JDM B18C into my 89 CRX and at the same time converting my car to OBD1. For this purpose I have bought a OBD0-1 conversion harness from the US as well as had my engine harness converted with OBD1 plugs (all from Rywire.com).
My car came stock with a D16A8 which is basically a DOHC ZC.

I´m wondering if the pinouts listed here http://www.hondaswap.com/forum...29360 will match the pinouts on my ECU for the D16A8 (equipped with O2 sensor , catalytic converter) that´s currently in the car. The standard ECU will probably be a PM7 I guess ?
Also I see that there are some differences in pinout between years on US cars , how can a conversion harness work correctly if there are lots of differences between years/cars ?

I assume that if the pinouts listed in the above link are wrong for my car then the OBD0-1 harness won´t work correctly since it will be plugging the sensors in at the wrong places into the ECU ?

Anyone have any info or experience wih this ?
