Default putting b16 head on gsr block...which headgasket do i use...timing belt..//etc,..

im doing a poormans type r so to speak, putting a b16 head on my gsr block..what headgasket do i need to use, also will either b16 or b18c timing belt and cam seals work..i have new cam seals for gsr head just wondering if i can use them

B18C timing belt, and I don't know if there's a difference between the head gaskets. My friend didn't prefer one over the other.
