Default Putting 95 GSR Engine into 92 Si

I have a 92 civic Si that I am putting in a 95 GSR motor and tranny that came without harness, I am using the Single cam vtec harness and everything plugs up but the alternator doesnt plug up to the Gsr One, How do I go about it, I also have to run the knock sensor but thats not a problem. I need to figure out how to make the alternator but the Single cam doesnt fit, so I ruled out that possiblity.

If I can use my Stock 93 DX Harness, your 92 Si should be sufficient. Check to see if you've made an error somewhere.
