problem GSR swap on a 1994 civic hit the gas and it wants to stall
 

i swapped a obd1 gsr motor into my civic ...

car starts fine idle is fine

timing is perfect

only problem that i have is that when i hit the gas the rpms go down then like on na delay they catch back up and rev up

like

800rpms
hit the gas
500rpms
500rpms
then will jump to 2000rpms

hard to explain best way is that it delays b4 revving up

any help would and id be greatful

did you replace anything when you put it in? Timing belt, distributor cap and rotor, etc?
