Default preferred ECU for swap

This may have been answered before but the search is jacked up so please don't cut my throat lol. I recently bought a B16 swapped Hatch from a friend and it currently has the JDM ECU in it. I plan to boost the car (been a DSM guy forever, can't live without forced induction) and I was told I can't run Hondata with the JDM ECU. I was told (I think) I need either a P72 or a P28. Is there a preference for either one of these two ecu's and what is the average price for one? Also will I have to do anything to make them work with the current wiring in the car? Jumper or anything like that? Thanks a lot.

your best bet would prolly be to run chrome on the JDM P30, don't know whether or not hondata will work with the JDM ecu

Ah, the P30 (that is the one he told me was in it I believe) will run Crome? I know nothing about this management system and had never hear of it until I registered here and started reading everything. Is Crome a hard system to tune? I have a Hondata certified tuner 5 minutes from my house and another friend who can work with Uberdata like it's cool. Is this system anywhere similar to the other two?

I really need to learn more about H's because there is so much you can mix and match I am not used to it coming from 4G63's.

Thanks for the input man.
