Default Pre-Swap preventative maintenance checklist?

I'm just planning my B18c swap into my Civic. After I buy the motor I plan to do some preventative maintenance on the motor. Im not doing a full rebuild as such though. What parts should I replace?

So far:
Timing belt - OEM or gates.
Water pump and tensioner - Is OEM better or will aftermarket ones do the same job and be as reliable?
Clutch, release bearing, machine flywheel - Will be heavy duty Exedy unit
Fresh oil and filter

Any seals and gaskets I should replace as well that usually wear out?
What about the oil pump, do these fail much?

While I had that side apart, I would at least replace the rear main seal at that time.
Don't forget about your pilot bearing too, since you have it all apart.

We use only OEM parts. Not saying a/m is not good enough, but we have just always sayed OEM.
