Default Pre-OBD distributer in OBD 1 car???

Can you convert, or make the pre-OBD distributer from a JDM gen 1 B16 work in a OBD 1 car? I know you can convert OBD 2 to OBD 1, so I was wondering if you can do the same to pre-OBD????

No... pre-OBD has different internals within the distributor. Only the OBD-1 and OBD-2 distributors have the exact same internals, just different plugs. You're going to find either an OBD-1 distributor or an OBD-2 distributor and repin it with OBD-1 plugs.
