If you mean the chassis harness into the cabin, yes it is possible assuming you have the complete GS-R harness. It's a ton of work and i wouldn't even begin to attempt it if i didn't have the Helms manuals for BOTH cars and an intimite familiarity with car wiring. You will also have to completely dis-assemble the dash to be able to route all the wires properly. the models are of the same "generation" so you probably won't have to splice many of the connections where the harness connects to switches, gauges, or other wiring harnesses.

So it's definitely possible just a grip of work. The helms manuals have detailed wiring diagrams as well as wire color codes and plug pin out diagrams. Study those and you will be fine.
