If I swap a 99 si motor engine harness and ecu is thier any other wiring that will need to be done? Anything I should know
BTW I searched I can find alot of 96-98 info but the wiring is different for 99-00 hatchbacks
Thanks in advance. Please post what you know for sure

That should be pretty much a bolt on affair with adding the wires of VTEC and knock sensor. You could reuse your HB wiring harness or use the SI harness. You don't have to worry about the OBD2 to OBD2b (update verison) like some people who swaps 99 into 98 cars. 99 hb to 99 si should be a breeze

I can probably help you out.
You will need the si power steering pump if you want to keep your power steering.
You will need a P54 ac bracket if you want to keep your ac. You can use a P7J crv ac bracket if you do not want your power steering.
You will need to make your own wiring harness for the secondary o2 sensor and run it through a hole in the floorboard since it is located in the dash harness of the si civic.
Wire it as shown:
Wht - A23
Grn - C18
Blk (O2 heater control) - A8
Blk (O2 heater supply) - use a switched +12v.
Your stock exhaust system needs to be shortened to allow the cat to be installed.
