Default Please help with swap... EGR valves

Hey so My h22 didn't come with an EGR vacuum control valve, or an EGR control solenoid valve, do I need these 2 things? I think they mount to the car frame and my integra never came with em... Any help would be appreciated : D

you'll need it if u wanna run EGR. EGR is need for smog if you have that in your state. easiest place to get them is at the junkyard off some accords.

From what I have heard about Washington, they have emissions testing. But they don't pop your hood. In this case, it might be possible to get away without EGR. Especially if the cat is good.

Actually fortunately where I live in Washington they don't have any emission laws, yet... They're trying to get some but its ganna be a year or 2 i here, but for now, now emission laws. So do I need the EGR stuff at all then? Will that cause any harm to my engine? Thanks for the help guys

you don't need egr. if you are running a p13, you'll get a cel for egr, if you run a chipped p28 or p72 you won't get a cel. egr is for emissions output, it won't affect how well your motor runs. IMO, you should look for a block off plate and run a chipped ecu.
