Default Please help runnin on 3 cylinders

So I'm trying to complete my h22 swap into my teg, but yesterday had a very disturbing problem. The car won't go past 1500 rpms without dieing, and getting bad vibrations from driver side, I looked at the engine and and the 4th cylinder header was completely cold wheras the other 3 were hot, and I was also getting some backfire. I'm at a total loss of what this could be, it all started when I screwed around with my wiring yesterday to the ECU trying to get a few cel's to go away, what could I have screwed with to make the 4th cylinder go dead or is it just a coincidence? Also, I checked the 4 wires to the ecu for the injectors. Please somone help me. I'd really appreciate and help!

Here's some more info that might help. the map sensor CEL has been on for since I first started up the engine for the swap but I've been savin that for later. I was talking to my brother just a while ago whos a mechanic and told me that it could be that the map CEL has been on so long that the engine could be shutting down the 4th cylinder to prevent damage, is this true??? Anyone else have any ideas of what could be wrong? Another thing I noticed is that the 1st cylinder header is very hot, and the 2nd one's pretty hot, the 3rd one's warm, and the 4th ones completely cold. So i'm not sure if its just the 4th cylinder thats having a problem. Please somone help me, I'm really concerned about this cause I dont know what the problem is. thanks
