Default please help me with my b18c1 engine

hi everyone i have my b18c1 installed in a 1990 honda prelude i use external fuel pump . My first fuel pump went bad because it was old my car used to havereally good power.
I installed a second fuel pump and the car was running really great too but now my car has loss of power i have changed the fuel filter in the hood , and im about to change the fuel pump i have a stock engine can you tell me where to buy the fuel filter and how much psi should i look for . the original fuel filter has 95psi marked on it. thanks

not even an H-series car. Depending on if it's Si or not, could be B20 or even A20.
