Default please bash/give me ideas for my b18c set up

hey guys I am fairly new to NA Tuning and all, and I would like to learn more about Pistons/rods and the good stuff Well anyways I just got myself a b18c1 motor and these were some of the mods. I was first gonna do when I get the motor because I am not putting the motor in immediately, but I will be buying the parts before the motor goes in...
+ Exedy Clutch w/Toda Lightweight Flywheel
+ Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
+ ITR AEM CAI
+ JDM 4-1 Headers w/Hi-Flo Cat
(maybe JDM DC?)
+ Oval Exhaust w/custom piping
(how big should the piping be?)

Then I wanted to beef up the valvetrain, and pistons, cams so I was thinking about doing the poorman's ITR setup

+ITR Pistons w/rings
+ITR Cams
+Cam Gears (what kind??)
+ITR Valve Springs
+ITR Retainers

I mainly want this to be a good daily driver car, but I want to try track events next year so I need this motor to be able to hold up too, so any reccomendations im all years, and please tell me to change something if you know something better/or think what i chose is bad. I could also use ideas on other setups instead of the ITR pistons/cams/valvetrain set up too..

thanks!!

ALSO- will be running a chipped p28 ECU thru katman prolly, want to run the JUN program as Mugen runs a lil' rich..
