Default P28 Dinan ECU Chip?

Does anyone know the specs of this chip off hand? I just got this ECU from a friend and it is much better than the P61 in my opinion.

best to my knowledge dinan only made sohc vtec program and this would be it. pretty much stock program with higher rev limit and few tweaks. nothing really useable on b-series

With my P61 the idle bounced around between 750-1500 rpms. With the P28 it held right at 750+- 15 rpms at operating temp. So possibly the P61 may have had an internal problem.
