p03 on a JDm SIR II
I just got my swap done at Carboys (in Houston), and the car started fine when I drove it out of the shop. The next day or so, the check engine light came on, and the car went into limp mode, Carboys couldn't read the error since the ECU at the time was a JDM p30. So I sent the ECU back to the engine company and they sent me out a pr3 (from an integra with a b16). Now I can get the car to move (fast), but only after resetting the ECU. AFter a few days or so, the check engine light goes on, there are two errors, both of them having to do with the TDC sensor. I had one person I know say they had the same thing happen, and I should just reset the ECU every other day, but I think that is bullshit. Anybody have any suggestions?
