Default obdIIa pinouts for h22 in ek

ive got a 96 civic coupe with a obdI jdm h22 running the civic harness and a p28 (soon to be p72). i already have a conversion harness but it was a bit hacked from the person i bought the car from so im trying to put it back to the way its supposed to be. i found this (really old) post:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by HX_Guy &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I have made a list of what each OBDII pinout equals which OBDI pinout

3 MAP = D17
4 VCC1 = D19

7 PHO2S = D14
8 IAT = D15
10 VCC2 = D20
11 SG2 = D22
12 SG1 = D21
13 SHO2/SG = NA
14 SHO2S = NA
16 EL = D10

OBDII Connector C

2 CKPP = B15
3 TDCP = B13
4 CYPP = B11
5 ACS = B5
6 STS = B9
7 SCS = D4

19 ALTC = A16
20 ICM = A21
22 LG2 = B2
23 PG2 = A24
24 IGP2 = B1
27 FANC = A12

The only one I dont have a mathc for is OBDII C8.
It stands for "K-LINE" and "sends and receives scan tool signal.
Is this teh same pinout as OBDI D7 "TCD/RXD"? OBDI D7 is the only pinout I have left unaccounted for on the OBDI diagram. OBDI D7 wire goes to the "Data Link Connector"
</TD></TR></TABLE>

but that leaves a bunch of wires left over! at least on the obd1 harness. so far i havent been able to find a complete pinout of an obdIIa ecu. just partials, and i even have the haynes manual! heres what i have left over on the obd1 end:

a4 vtec solenoid
a11 egr control solenoid valve
a17 iab solenoid
a18 transmission control module (dont think i need this anyways!)
d6 vtec pressure switch
d12 egr valve lift sensor

also it looks as though the guy before me bypassed the conversion harness with a few wires so color would be a good thing too :D. any help would be much appreciated! ive spent a bunch of time in the manuals and online, and it seems like nobody is posting up these conversion harnesses. the only one i think ive figured out is obdII c15 to obd1 d6 and and a8 - a4? any help would be much appreciated! i know you hybrid gods can answer this in a second! tia!
