Default OBDII GSR swap into 5G Civic Wiring Question

What is needed in order to make this happen? I have a OBDII GSR w/ the OBDII wiring harness. It's going into a 92 Civic CX. I heard that all the 92 Civics had the same wiring as the SOHC VTEC wiring found in the Si & EX models. But when I crank it over nothing happens. The starter isn't even cranking. Is there wires or pins that need to be swapped? Thanks for your help.

Cabin harnesses are the same, so it is prewired for Vtec.

No pins need to be swapped. It sounds like you have a problems with your grounds.

Grounds:
Thermostat
Transmission
Valve Cover

I checked all the grounds. Is there a possibilty that the P05 stock CX ecu will not start a GSR Swap?

It will start and run the car (under low loads) with no problems (besides a CEL for 02).

You check you have power going to the starter and the S-terminal?
