Default obd2a gsr into em1 chassis

i have a quick question. i have a em1 chassis, no wiring or anything, i was wondering what parts can i switch over, i mainly would like to place the dc2 suspension, and motor over, into the em1 chassis. i have heard that i can use my stock motor mounts from the gsr, and i would just need to purchase the rear L-bracket for the motor to get it to work. any help would be greatly appreciated

You need the rear tranny bracket and driver side mounting bracket from a '99-'00 si.

Also, the upper tranny mount needs to be from an SI or a stock EK civic.

Lastly, you cant use the harness from an integra. You HAVE to use the harness from an EM1.

You can use the front suspension on the ek with the forks....you can even use the front LCA if its an ex or lower model...The 99-00 SI uses a different front LCA setup.

Well the SI's use a 1 peice LCA set up...its the same shape basically but its one peice....Integra's and all other civics use a two peice set up (most people refer to the front arm as the lower control arm)...and the sway bar connects to the rear half of the LCA set up. I guess you could just get the whole LCA set up with sway bar and mounting equiptment off an integra and it would bolt up. I've never done it so don't quote me on that.

I would say to go out and try to find another SI to get everything off of though...keep it true to its name.....you don't see type r's running around with b16's in them.
