obd2-obd1 injectors?
ive got a type r put into my ls integra, and the ls was obd1, whereas the new motor is obd2. the computer is an obd1 b16 computer with hondata. So, the injectors for the type r are just the obd2 injectors with the obd1 wiring harness soldered to them. Now my question is, im getting new injectors, do i go ahead and get the obd2 ones and just have whoever solder them again, or should i go with obd1 injectors and have them do it that way? Or are the obd1 injectors simply out of the question, since the motor was never obd1? Thanks for your replies

why get new injectors? are you planning on boosting or something? if not, I would just stick with the stock type R injectors. Since you have Hondata, it doesn't matter that the ECU is intended to be used with a B16 - you're gonna use a custom fuel map anyway.
just do your own soldering in the future, its cheap and easy

Re: obd2-obd1 injectors? (dreamer)
I'm running an all motor setup and ive already got skunk 2 stage 2 cams in there. i was just explaining that the computer was in fact an obd1 b16 computer as background information, so i know that it doesn't matter what computer it is. But this leads to back to my initial question of whether or not i should get obd1 injectors or obd2 ones.
