obd2 b18c to obd1 da questions
physical swap is no prob, got the clutch thing figured out..
as for the wiring...ehhhh not so much.
ive looked at locash racing and it kinda helped but not that much. so heres the question-what is the EASIEST way to get this thing running and keep the car obd1. i understand that i will need an obd1 p72 and some sort of conversion harness or plug, but could someone help me out. this is my first swap and i dont want to screw up. i should also note that i have obd2 harness still in my gsr but its all still hooked up. thanks guys.

Re: obd2 b18c to obd1 da questions (be18see1)
ok so heres what ive found.. can someone confirm this?
i keep the b18a injectors and put them in the b18c, and i put on an obd1 b18c distributor. i also get a obd1 p72 (to keep the butterflies) and add in wiring for vtec onto the stock da harness. now, will i be able to plug in all my sensors with the da harness? thanks guys, if someone can help me lol.

I'm assuming you have a 92-93 Integra Ls. If so everything else should plug in except your alternator, just swap plugs over to your new one (see pic below). You'll also have an extra plug by the crank pulley just tie it up you won't need it (CFS). You'll need wire up for VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, knock sensor and IAB's. If you're engine came with a distributor you'll need to swap the plugs over from your OBD1 dizzy over to the OBD2 one.

do they run OBD2 in Japan? Im confused, because when I dropped my 96 B18c into my 95 DX, I just plugged the harnesses in, and it ran perfectly off of an OBD1 P30, even though the harness on the motor has OBD2 plugs (namely on the distributor), I just stretched the JDM harness across the back of the motor to plug it in BTW.

so i can use the same plugs off my ls's obd1 distributor onto my b18c's obd2 distributor? and i can switch the injectors without any trouble? i have the b18c in my old gsr, so i have everything, but i want it converted to obd1, for tuning reasons. last, yea its a 93 gs. anything else i should know?

the plugs wont interchange, but mine has OBD2 plugs on the jdm 96 distributor, and it runs fine off of an OBD1 P30. but Ive heard that Japan never went to OBD2 sofware, that they just have the same plugs as our OBD2 stuff, not sure about that though.
