obd2 b18b1 into 94 civic ex IACV help
One quick question. I have researched it and i am still confused about something with the IACV. Putting an obd2 ls motor into an obd1 car. What needs to be done for this IACV to work right? I hear people say something about wiring changes and going from 3wire to 2wire IACV. My ls swap has a 2 wire IACV on it right now in a 95 cx hatch, running but idles up and down. What could be the problem?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

you should not have to worry about a 3 to 2 wire.
go and diag the iac as if it were stock. beat on it, clean it, make sure it is in fact working.

With the IACV not working right, I believe you'd be having idle problems. Take out your IAVC use carburetor cleaner to clean anything that may of pug it. I believe you can use your IACV from your CX motor too.
Sometime its not the IAVC. Put your car in idle and spray carburetor cleaner along the gasket between the throttle body and the intake manifold. If your rpm drops you have a leak. Also be sure to check all hose for leaks.
