If you are converting from OBD2 to an OBD1 setup, you dont need a secondary O2 sensor. Thats one of the benefits of going that way.
If you are wondering where the physical secondary O2 sensor is on the car, it is in your exhaust pipe *down stream* of the catalytic converter.
Is that what you were asking?

ok, thats why i was wondering thanks so do i cut the plug under the car, and then extend the wires to the plug?

That would work.
If you want to get really fancy, go to a wrecking yard and cut the 4-wire O2 sensor plug (either male of female, whichever side you dont have) to make it able to replace the O2 sensor very easily.
