Default OBD0 motor to run OBD1 type conversion....

alright. so after having numerous problems with my crx, im planning on purchasing an EK hatch in the comming months. i currently have an OBD0 b16 longblock that i was planning to peice together a swap for the crx. i had origionally planned on trying to get someone to buy my OBD0 b16 and then use the cash for a big chunk of an OBDII b16 purchase, until someone on HT mentioned that i can simply peice together the motor to run an OBDII or OBDI ECU. he said he personally was running an OBDI ecu with an OBDII dizzy. now my question is....how hard is it to get my motor to run an OBD1(2) ecu? what parts will it take?

i searched, but maybe i didnt search hard enough....sorry if its been covered!

EDIT: searched again but couldnt seem to find any useful info.

so can i just purchase an OBD1 jumper harness to go between the harness + ECU and thats that? anyone know where to pick up an OBD1 b16 ecu?
