Default OBD0 head on OBD1 motor?

Hey guys, I recently blew my HG, and the mechanic said I probobly have a warped head from it overheating. My motor was hella strong, before this, and it still runs decent. I have a friend who said he would sell me his D15 head off of his 91 Civic, I was wondering what problems I would come into w/ swapping his 91 D15 OBD0 head onto my 95 D15 OB1 motor. Thanks in advanced for your help, honda-tech rocks!
