Default OBD II B18B1 into OBD1 eg

I tried to find as much help as I could but the search is broken right now. Basically I got a ref ticket and now im on a time limit and I need to get it bar'd cause I live in Cali. haha. Can ANybody please give me some wiring information or point me in the right direction? I am running a 1996 obd2 b18b1 in a 95 EG dx. Im running obd2 engine harness, with the stock obd1 car wiring harness, with the obd2 computer via a jumper harness. I really need wiring information on wiring up the rear o2 sensor, the entire purge evap stytem, do I use the civic or the integra system on my setup? Also i need to know how to wire this up to my computer. Also Im throwing the codes for the CFK. I am completely in the dark about this and the work that needs to be done so please, any help would be appreciated. Im really in a bind and have about a month to get it reffed. Thanks

I think you should use an obd1 LS ecu to get rid of the 2nd 02 sensor.
