Obd 1 motor in OBD II car
I have a 1998 civic Ex. We have the old motor out, and are swapping in a 1995 Ls motor. I was going to use the Civic Ex harness, but it seems as though only a few of the plugs are the same. I now have the LS harness fully put on, but I do not have the part of the harness that goes through the firewall to the Ecu (also to the fuse box, and anitlock brakes (my civic does not have ABs brakes). Please help me!!

Best bet is to use your EX harness. Rewire using the LS injector plugs, Alternator plug, unplug and cap off CKF, cap off vtec plugs and H2O2 in back. Use OBD2-1 converter. OBD1 wiring should be very close to OBD2. Get both Helms to troubleshoot other wiring issues.
