Default OBD 1 harness '95 civic to ECU

i have a '95 civic getting a '01 OBD 2 B18B motor. which ECU will make it run? can i use my P28 ecu from my civic or the P75 Ecu that came with the B18 swap? i know the P75 OBD 2 Ecu does not plug in so i really need to use the P28 OBD 1 Ecu if i can. also what will that mess up, if anything on my '01 B18B OBD 2 motor using that P28 OBD 1 ECU?

I would use an obd1 P75 ecu, use your stock engine wiring harness(should plug and play for the most part except for O2 sensor which you will have to relocate or make an extension to the back of the block), and get and obd1 distributor(unless u know how to change the distributor plug to obd1 which will then plug into your civic harness).
