Default NOS ? on sleeved LS vtec, forged internals

I know tuning is involved and all but how many seconds does the Nos stay on during WOT a 200 shot? i have some NOS parts and don't have the money for a turbo and debating whether or not to have these parts installed....what are some things that would prevent the NOS from blowing my **** up, I know tuning is crucial, but what about bottle pressure, etc.

Bottle pressure should be between 950 and 1050 psi. NEVER spray for more that 15 seconds. Buy a good oil cooler and fuel pump. And dont be afraid to take it to a dyno and see how the jetting is working for you
