Default Noob here.....swap info?

Tooling around a bit, kinda hampered by time. I have a 1994 Accord EX wagon with a F22B SOHC VTEC engine. The problem is, it's an auto, and it has a slight rod knock. I have owned a 1992 EX coupe before and did the 5spd swap for it. I don't see any place where the clutch pedal linkage goes thru the firewall in my wagon. Is a 5spd swap possible? Is there an easy way to do a 5spd swap? If I get an H22A engine, can I use the Accord TCU and shift it manually with a Prelude ECU when I feel like having fun?

Doing an h22 swap in ur accord would be a pretty straight forward and easy swap. Swapping it to manual shouldn't be that hard either. For ur clutch pedal master cylinder, there should be a spot for it to go, there was at least for me when I did the swap for my teg, mine was just blocked off. Also, what do u mean about switching accord and prelude ecus? I woudn't switch ecu's, that wouldn't be very good, different fuel maps, diff vtec engagement points, a lot of diff stuff, just run the p13 or a chipped ecu.

Thanx for the input!! What I was reffering to is using a Prelude ecu to control the engine and leave the Accord tcu alone. I was thinking of just swapping engines and leaving the tranny auto for the time being. But I'll prolly go all out and get a 5spd swap while I'm at it.
