Default Noise on the driver side where the belts are

Ok I have a b18c sir-g motor in my 00 civic and I am getting a noise on the driver side near where all the belts are. Its like a whinning sound that changes pitch. You can here it more from the underside of the car than on top. Also I have a greddy timming belt and buddyclub cam gears, maby I put to much tension on the belt when I put it in or maby I put to much tension on the ps / ac / alti belts. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

One other thing does anybody know how to modify a aem cai to fit this setup?
