well people have ask about a production style mount well , we have one shortly coming out for the 92 - 95 civic and 94 - 00 integra by the guy over at RPM SYSTEMS. This is Nick , the one that helped make the trip-tronic mounts possible to happen.





we also are building him a trip-tronic swap as well. we dropped the engine 2 inches , so you dont have to cut the drivers side frame rail.







the mounts are made from 1/4 inch plate with Hasport mounts as the core of the set. and the reason is , i like the aluminum look and the inserts are removable so you can go stiffer.














well the car is about 99% finished . Nick is driving the car . the reason it 99% is , I have been working on the trip-tronic counter the is usually in the cluster . i have been working on a 2 1/16 gauge pod for the dash that will let you see what gear you are is when you are in trip-tronic mode.

well this what the finished product looks like , we can make mounts by hand for the trip-tronic for now , but in a few months we hope to have a sell-able set boxed and ready to ship. also we do offer wiring harness for trip-tronic setups too.

Anyone do weight comparisons on this v6 to a bseries swap?

we droped it 2 1/2 inches in the motor bay and a half inch on the car . we still have 4 inch from the oil pan . as far as weight difference, the v6 swap does not make it bad at all . there a buddy of mine that is rally racing his swap now . there is video on youtube with him driving the car .

why don't the hasport eg mounts work on the delsol? I don't know anything about delsols....

I'm not entirely sure but i think Del Sols and EG's have the same style bay. Correct me if i'm wrong.

it not that hasport or innovative don't make mounts for this swap. they just dont make mounts for the trip-tronic setups , only the 6 speed swaps . we bought a set of hasport mount and made the rest of the medal work our self. we as about the main company's about making the mounts , but they said there's not a enough people that what to do trip-tronic. so we have started to make a setup for the people that what to make there car trip-tronic . hoping to have a production set out by end of October.

Looks like no one answered this.

All you have to do is cut and weld the stock high pressure line, it uses the same threads as the Civic line. Then you just have to route the other lines in whichever way you want.
