I have a jdm b18c with a jdm ecu and with a test pipe need to go to emissions I have a usdm gsr ecu and I swap the ECU's I know I need to put a cat on but the code I'm getting is a p1259 manufacture control fuel air metering I got that from a scanner but when look it up online it says vtech malfunction which one is rite? It runs great with the jdm ecu

Its probably because your JDM engine doesn't have a pressure switch. Either bypass it or buy one and thread it in if your solenoid looks like this

It's the vtech oil pressure sensor the*type r ecu doesn't look for it and the gsr does so I have a jdm b18c type r engine with out the sensor
I have the plug there so I jumped the wires light went out but when I drive it with the gsr ecu and try the vtech the light comes on and the vtech malfunctions is there a way to fix this

Get a usdm VTEC sensor that has the sensor ....just because the light goes away doesn't automatically mean the VTEC will work because obviously the ecu uses that to correctly work VTEC. And to be honest with you the type r has 11:1 compression gsr doesnt, fuel map is different. You can do damage to your motor driving that high in the rpm band. You should only use it to get inspection and that's it.
