go to hydrib honda site. You'll find everything that you need.
Off the top:
1: Mount Kt + Linkages
2: Injector resistor from GSR
3: ECU
4: 90-93 Teg axles
5: From what I understand you can make the Si wiring work,
I may be missing some things but the website should clear that up.

The si harness will work to an extent. You are gonna have to get a wiring diagram for the new engine and ecu then run some new wires for OBD2. Plus everything mentioned above. I think the injector resistor you already have will work though to verify it just check the ohmage on yours and the gsr. All this is really simple if you take your time and get the right info good luck.

you'll need axles, shift linkage, motor mounts, ecu, distributor, tranny.. might be best if u go obd1 conversions..its not hard u may have to to re-wire ur harness, the 98 gsr plugs are 2 wires more than the civics..get both wiring diagrams from honda and acura...swap aint no thang, but my advice take ur time, find quality parts and not make it look like butcher job..ur car will last longer
