Default new swap jumps at idle

when i started my 96 jdm b18c it only idles but it jumps it will not idle at one speed it constintly jumps and when ever i give it gas it just bogs out,......what can it be, when i hooked up the engine hoist the tip on the fuel pressure regulator got bent but i bent it back could that be it??? it seems like its not getting enough fuel or maybe its the spark, but has anyone else had this problem with a new hybrid, particulary with a jdm hybrid i need to know i cant wait to drive it

Bleed your coolant thoroughly...after that, it might be your FITV, or IAC.

Check to see if the maf and tps aren't switched, they are similar plugs with different colored wires.

you might want to try switching your TPS and your MAP sensors. when i tried taking my car to the muff shop, i didn't make it half way down the block. the car would start perfectly but just wouldn't keep steady. i switched the MAP and TPS sensor plugs and it worked fine. HTH

Also, my car bogged out whenever i tried to give it gas, it would rev up and then shoot back down and wouldn't keep a steady rev in gear.

My JDM 94 B18C did the same thing when we first started it up. It turns out that we needed to replace the spark plugs and coil. . .after that, the engine runs like a champ.

I had the same kind of "bog" feeling at first, and we thought it might be low on gas, so we filled her up, and that didn't fix the problem. . .that is when we started to try the minor things like plugs and coil.
