Default New distributor info for LS/B20 swap into '99 - '00 Civics

For those of you swapping a B18A/B18B/B20 into a '99 - '00 Civic (except HX/Si) you will most likely have run into an issue with distributor plugs not matching up, the '99 - '00 Civics (except HX/Si) use a small plug, Integras and '97 - '98 CR-Vs and all JDM CR-Vs use a large plug. This has meant cutting and splicing plugs or building a hybrid distributor. However, I just realized that '99 - '01 CR-Vs use a small plug distributor, these fit all B20s and B18A/B18B engines and make for a plug and play setup. Still no OEM option for those with B18C/B16 engines unfortunately.
