Use a USDM Civic SI wiring harness. There will be four plugs missing from the USDM which you'll need from the JDM harness for VTEC, etc. Just add those connections straight to the computer.

I'm haven't heard the 91 integra harness being used but I have used the 90-91 si or hf ( not the dx ) harness for the swap and it fits up perfect, of course with the exception of the four, five including the one ground, for the vtec. I think we got a jdm harness on one of the engines we had shipped from japan, and it was out of an Xsi integra and the engine plugs do mate to the body harness but from what I have heard the wires are in diofferent places on the plugs, so you may want to keep that in mind. Hope that helps.

91 Civic Si hatchback
B16a, Skunk2 intake manifold, portmatched throttlebody. The rest is to much fun to describe.

Is your harness complete and would I need anything else? I am basically looking for something that will be plug and play, hook it all up and start the car with vtec and all that connected.

The only way I think your really gonna get true "plug and play" is if you have a wiring harness made for your setup. I know HAsport makes wiring harnesses (i think a few other companies might make them too). They will make an engine wiring harness for your 90 civic si w/ b16 and pr3/pwo ecu. It'll run you some bucks... like around 300 but you will be assured of true "plug and play" down to the last wire. I think it was $275 w/ a $75 core charge. Check out their website. http://www.hasport.com

If you want to buy a 90 si wiring harness from someone or a junkyard then add the additional 4 wires you need (knock sensor, vtec solenoid, oil pressure, and.... i forgot the last one but im sure someone can fill that in for me (i hope)), thats the other option. It'll be cheaper but if your not up to doing it yourself it might not be the way to go. HTH some atleast... good luck

i have a the easies way of doing this is using the si harness or going to hasports for their conversion. they will need your core and charge you about 75 bucks. but if your using an si harness (any si harness from 88 to 91 will work. as long as si) it will be much easier. everything plugs right in and all you got to do is connect the oil pressure sensor, vtec, knock sensor, and 2nd O2 sensor.
