Default need some guidance/ideas for welding up a mount

it is the rear crossbar that i'm unsure of. much of it is i just don't know what i could pick from the civic/teg world that might make this easier.

here is the rear mount..

as you can see the DA bracket goes away from the old flat spot and is quite a distance off. which wouldn't be such a big deal except both sides of the platform are sloped downward and i've not had any bright ideas yet.

is there a bracket that goes towards the drivers side?
just try to make a new platform under this bracket?

ok, ty for the reply at least. but acura parts diagrams show they are the same for either.
and i've now come up with an easy way to weld it up nice and clean.

but how about this mount now... your idea got me thinking on this other problem. it is the DA front crossbar and mount.

here is auto.. #50840 SK7 982
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...httt/auto2.jpg

standard... #50840 SK7 010
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...t/standard.jpg

an issue is this supposed standard mount.. the 2 eyes are not parallel. there is a slight angle out. and you can see the diffs in the shape between the bolt holes. i'm having to pull the mounts bracket up flush to the trans as the bolt tightens. this is 2 different parts places with the same numbers and pictures but perhaps both have their **** backwards. because it does look like the auto pic is straight across and offset properly.

i'll order the auto one for tomorrow and compare. the parts dist we use is called WorldPac. they are usually very good and well organized but i gotta see now.

thx for the obvious idea that didn't occur to me :D.

EDIT: actually any DA people.. if you look at the very ends. one has the lip folded up with round corner and the other is flat and square. know off hand which is like yours?
