Need shift cables to finish my swap, How do you remove them?

I found a 92 accord at a salvage yard, and i need the shift cables out of them to finish my swap. Everything is disconnected but they wont just slide out of the floor of the car. Do I have to cut them out with a saw or something? Has anybody every had experience with removing these cables?
Thanks

3 10mm bolts on the bottom side of the car under the exhaust heat sheild.

there are two clips holding them on each of the two brackets. Knock them off with a hammer and screw driver or something.

once you take the center console off and remove the cables from the shifter, here's what you need to do.

where the shift cables pass through the floor, there's a rubber piece with a metal plate on the bottom. there's two bolts underneath the car that go up into the floor through that plate. you have to loosen the heatshield between the exhaust and the car to get to them. i used a ratchet wrench to get them out. i think it's a 10mm. follow the cables up into the engine bay from underneath the car until you find a bracket that's holding them. there's two bolts on top of that. i also used a ratchet wrench for that. once you have these two brackets loose, remove the cables from the top of the transmission. once it's loose there, you can pull the cables out. i pulled them out from the bottom.

just do the reverse to put the cables back on.
