Default Need opinions on changing head bolts..

Changing head gasket on my N/A 91 b16. I talked with service at Honda, and they say you dont need to replace them. Whats the consensus around here? I thought you should only change them if your going Turbo or something? All the threads look fine, should I be concerned with them stretching?

Thanks for the opinions / info,

Monty

i've reused mine and they were fine. even shot nos for 2 seasons. i'd say if you got the money, get new ones. if you're tight, reuse your old ones. just don't do it too many times.

really simple, reuse the old ones, but retorque them at 500 miles. You should do that with ANY headgasket.

Old V8 stuff, gotta preach what works!

How many people running boostspray check their headbolts at every valve adjustment?
