I dont have a manual infront of me but im pretty sure that the wires you need are the same color as the ones on a obd2 96-98 GSR. If you look you should find the main color of the wire, besides the stripe is the same. The extra wire is just a ground wire. Same goes for crank angle sensor wires.

Re: Need info ASAP, B18C5 IAC valve wiring (bb2rhd)
i have the 96-00 Civic ETM in front of me. It includes info for the b16a in the Si so it should be the same on your b18c5.
The IAC has two wires going into it on a b16a, yellow/black (power) and black/blue (to the pin B23 on the ECU). You will have to move it from B6 on your ECU plugs to B23 and you should be good to go. The Orange wire on your dx harness that was going to your IAC on your d16y7 is not used. (this info is if you have a 99-00 Civic or 00-01 Integra ECU).
If your Civic is 96-98 the black/blue wire from the IAC should go to A12 (it is presently going to A14 if you are using a 96-98 CX/DX/LX harness).
Hope this helps.
(heh, damn I'm good)
Oh, btw, the pinouts for 99-00 Civic Si and 00-01 ITR are the same. The 96-98 Civic EX pinout should be identical to the 96-98 ITR. So try my suggestion even though it's from a Civic ETM (electronic troubleshooting manual).
