well u might be able to get around your distributor problem if you run a custom ignition which wouldnt hurt if he plans to go ls/vtec anyway.... U gotta run a ls ecu and the motor and ecu has to be obd2, but the si is obd2b..... Why didnt he just save 400 more and buy another b16a2....he might have bought a obd1 motor

we figured it out, the plugs were the same it was just the same plug divided into two plugs for some reason, so we pulled the the pins from each and put them back into one, it worked out fine

we figured out everything else

This means the car is in limp mode. There are some major issues with wiring i would imagine. Some of the major sensors are either hooked up wrong, or not at all.

The problem here is that there are several important things that are not connected. For sure, you don't have a VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, or knock sensor on your LS motor. All three of these are quite important and will send your ECU into limp mode if they are not connected. Also, if the motor is pre-1996, you have no crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor. The simplest solution to this problem would be to get a 1996-1998 Integra LS ECU. I believe the early OBDII cars don't have the crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor (the ITR doesn't). And it will still plug in. But I could be wrong about the crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor. If the LS does use the sensor (or if you get a newer ECU), you will need to get the sensor, along with the OBDII lower cam sprocket, lower timing belt cover, and oil pump cover.
