Hey guys I'm new to the forum and I just bought my first civic not my first car just first civic. I have a 99 civic ex and it has a couple of issues that I was looking to fix Im trying to do the full motor and tranny swap it has a stock engine right now with no mods except a cold air intake. I'm looking to swap it for a B18c GSR. I've been researching other swaps and I feel that this would benefit me the best, however I'm not completely sure I would like to get insite from people who have done this swap to make sure I'm not making a mistake and to see how it worked out for them like I said I'm new to this whole forum thing so thank you for your patience

i understand you're new to the whole forum thing, so i'll be the first to tell you before the "other guys" come and flame you.

1. A mod is gonna come in and tell you that your topic title is vague
2. Motor swaps are one of the most common questions asked on these forums, so read the FAQs and search before posting

but anyways, a b18c is a nice choice. i'd recommend that over the more common b16. One of the most trusted places to buy a swap is Hmotorsonline
