need help about getting bar sticker
i know i have to go to a ref, anyone know any places?
will i pass
i have a 93 del sol s
i swapped in a 96 U.S. GS-R motor
what else do i need to know. I already did a search but i just want to make sure

all smog pieces (egr, pcv....) and carb intake/header for gsr to pass visual and then gotta actually be able to pass the test, also $38.25
