ok so here is the deal... my friend ordered a motor form a local shop.. he thought he was gettin a usdm 99-00 b16a2 whish is obviously obd2 b.. his car is a 96 cx.. so its obd2 a,, ok so this is the prob.. upon installing the motor we discovered he infact didnt receive an usdm b16a2 .. instead he recieved a 95 jdm b16 which is obd1 .. ok so we want to have his car done by march26 cause the H-T meet is on the 27 in englishtown and we want to time it... we dont have alot of time to sit an re wire everything cause we work and have conflicting schedules so we are strapped for time.. so we are not gunna convert his harness we are just gunna buy one.. so my ques is what will work?? he has an obd1 p72 ecu... we just want a plug and play harness .. will an obd1 gsr harness work??? or does anyone have a obd1 b16 harness???

u could use your existing engine harness or preferably a 2000 si. and use a obd2 plugged vtec ecu.

its that or the usual obd2-1 jumper with your old harness adapted to work

yeah but i cant just use the obd2-1 jumper cause i would have to change the injetor plugs also and i still have to do a lot of wiring to make his exsisting harness work .. and we are really pressed for time since englishtown is less then 2 weeks away...

tru.. but he is set on a new harness .. cause now a guy wants his old motor (fullswap) .. so he wont have the harness anylonger
