need advice on engine to get!!!

need advice on engine to get!!!
ok, this is the guy that got screwed with the JDM type R engine that I paid for and never recieved... 
...ANYHOW!!! I am getting that cleared up as we speak, I hope. My question is...What engine should I drop into my 97 integra (GSR)?
Since I just got screwed out of $3500.00, I am stuck with haveing $3500 bucks TOPS that I can spend on a complete changeover. I may or may not be getting the other $3500 that I lost, so that is all I got right now. I am thinking:
-a cheap engine until I can afford the JDM type R engine that I had plans on.
OR
-a B20VTEC and keep that in there.
OR
-a B16 that I can resale pretty easily when I can afford something better.
OR
-a stock GSR engine that I started out with.
OR
-ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS
What do you all think???? Your opinions are very much appreciated. I need an engine so I have to decide on something soon.

waiting really isnt an option....I need an engine soon...I have been without one for 2 months now and I work 30 minutes away, so you can just image how much I have been begging for rides!

$2500=JDM H22 with tranny and and LSD.
More power, more torque, bigger displacement and damn cheap.
Or B18A/B with a turbo kit.

c'mon, you are telling me that no one has any more suggestions!????? How easy is it to fit that H22 into my 97 Integra????
