My wife is tired of me doing swaps for everyone else.......
Now she wants one now!!!! She has a 98 Civic H/B with A/C and powersteering. She's leaving it up to me to put some kind of B-series motor in her car. Here's the catch- she wants to keep it automatic (transmission)and of course her other ammenities. I have decided to go with a B20ZorB and use an LS auto transmission. Now what mount do I use on the tranny side? The existing one would be my only guess. One more thing, has anyone done an automatic DOHC hybrid? This is going to be my first automatic hybrid.

If you use the B20 you're going to have to swap out the intake manifold (LS will work). Use the LS trans and the LS automatic pass side and rear mounts.
If she ever wants more you can always turbo the thing

That was the firt thing I propositioned to her but, then again, I couldn't risk her hurting herself nor my son in an understeer situation. Plus, even if I fabricated a bracket to accomodate P/S and A/C our good insurance rates, from her speeding, would be jepardizes. I'll keep you guy's posted though.
Oh yeah, the tranny side bracket(98 EK Civic) on the chassis will line up with the LS 94-up auto. tranny mount? Thanks.
