My JDM ITR Motor brought all the mounts, which ones are used for an EK. Part # will be really helpful.

Just the front ones. The front tranny mount and the a/c mount is all you will need. You use your stock civic upper tranny mount. You also need to buy a rear upper mount from a 99-00 si. And you need to replace the timing belt mount bracket with one from a 99-00 civic si and use the stock civic mount.
