Well i have a 95 integra rs with a jdm h22 and gsr tranny. I got out ran last night by a nearly stock srt4 from a 40mph roll. Mods, are the euro r manifold and throttle body, modded dc sports header, and intake and exhaust. Im running a stock jdm p13 ecu...so im sure it's hurting me some. Im throwing code 12 (egr) and 23 (knock sensor). My brother told me that the car probaly needs to be tuned really bad and thats why it's running so shitty. Right now my car feels really weak and after 100mph it doesnt even pull anymore hardly. What could be causing my car to be as slow as it is.

from what ive heard its better to run a chipped p28 since it doesnt look for the egr n knock sensors. thats about all i can help you out with though

Had the same problem bro, Tune Tune Tune, the car would pull hard 1,2,3rd then SLOW.......

Im not totally sure, but if your running those 2 cels...your running in limp mode...get a p28 chipped with a stock h22 basemap on there...then find that srt 4 again.

thats exactly what it's doing bro. I used my buddies chiped p28 and those codes went away...BUT it has a gsr basemap so im not gonna keep using it. Im gonna get the car one the dyno here within the next week.

did a compression check and it was 240 across the board so im sure the motor is healthy.

when you get an code for the knock sensor, it causes your car to run shitty. so to eliminate all you problems. get an p28 and chip it with an h22 base map.

thats what else i was gonna add...compression test it...trust me once you get that cel gone...you will see nothing but headlights off of that srt4 in your mirrors.

well when i changed out the ecu and swap over to the p28 with a gsr basemap my buddy had it ran stronger but still seems like it should be faster still.

well your still on a pretty stock motor...at most youll see 190whp...when its tuned.

Your running in limp mode, same thing happened with my friends h22 swap, I chipped a p28 for him, then installed an ANR header. Really woke the car up over the old ecu and Type s header that was on the car

I think your P13 has a virus and do you get pop up's in your cluster ( yellowish orange color ). if so use the P28 because it has a pop up blocker.....J/K get it tuned.

why dont you grap a pin put it in pin d3 and run it to the sensor under the intake manifold known as the knock sensor, you see when you dont have that lil guy hooked up your runnin in 6degrees of retardation, basically its like taking a normal running engine and moving the dizzy all the way to the front of the car, runnin a p13 is not gonna affect your power.

BTW it pisses me off when people do an engine swap and claim it runs like ****, but yet they havent even finished all of the work, if you have a CEL fix it then wonder why you have no power, i used to walk all over srt's with my H gear box

the knock sensor is broke off the motor thats why i havent plus im using this ecu for temporary.
