just thought i would share my QSD H2B swap with eveyone here, even thoe theres so many already. heres a list of mods and pic hope everyone likes it.
(my swap is not done so moe pics will b added as i finish.

motor- block-
-jdm h22a long block
-resleaved iron sleeves.
-wiesco 11.5 pistons
-eagle rods.
-acl bearings.
-stock h22 crank and bore.
-no balence shafts.

-head-
-twm 52mm itb's
-port and polished head.
-crower stage 3 cams
-port flow valve train. (springs,retainers, SS vavels)

-fuel manegment-
-rc 370's
-hondata s100

-QSD H2B kit

-b16 hydro tranny.
-1st itr gear
-2nd b16
-3rd b16
-4th gsr
-5th LS
-type R final drive and LSD.
-carbon coated syncros.

clutch-
-lightend type R flywheel
-findenza stage 2 6 puck clutch and PP.

thats because there is...h2b make the motor tilt forward you can actually install/remove the intake mani with the head on...normal h swap its pretty much impossible..

heres some more pics of what i did this morning..




i didnt use the QSD spacer on the slave sylender. i just used my stock h22 slave and bolted one side. and it works for now untill i get a b series slave.




all i have to do now is get a driver side axle and mod my DC header

I recommend using the QSD spacer for the slave cylinder rather than the way you have it now. It won't be long before the stress on that slave cylinder housing will cause it to crack since it's not mounted flush to the tranny casing.

ill try it out the way it is. with the spacer it doesent even come colse to sitting flush on the ball point of the shift fork. as it is now it sits perfect with no binding. its sitting straight at an angle and u cant realy see that i have a few washers behind it.

Yes, the clutch slave spacer supplied is designed only for use with a B-series clutch slave.

If you do choose to use the H-series, I would consider making a spacer between the tranny and slave rather than having the tension resting on the engine. If you do choose the form over function method, then just get a B-series slave and grind the clearance to run it in OEM form.

Anyway, looks like it's coming along well

Rite now I'm using the prelude slave, I have spacers behind it, I plan to switch it out later when I find a b series slave. But for now it works good enough. I will update soon as possible. Thanks

alternator is touching the headlight or frame?
