If this was called mitsubishi-tech.com then youd get alot more help, since its not then you could just go to google and search for DSM tuning or some mitsubishi forum sites. Better yet, go to automotiveforums.com and search in the eclipse forums.

What year, what model? rs,gs,gs-t,gsx any mods. ?If stock turbo he needs a 3"dp,intake,boost,gauge and a boost controler manual or electronic 15 psi to start. Don't shun him, he can tell us what kind of car he has and when he will be at the track so he can get smoked by the little hatchies.
